Analysis Of The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government WeChat Operation From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

With the background of "Internet +" technology in contemporary society,the development and application of various emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and mobile Internet have provided good technical conditions for the development of e-government.As one of the representatives of the emerging mobile e-government,the government WeChat has brought a lot of convenience to people with service functions and operational characteristics.However,as an emerging government platform,the government WeChat still has some problems in the subject and object orientation,information release,functional perfection,communication with the public,etc.,which affects the practical application effect of the government WeChat.Studying the service-oriented government's government WeChat operation problem will help the benign development of the government WeChat,provide support for the better operation of the government WeChat,and at the same time facilitate the effective construction of the service-oriented government.This paper starts with the related concepts and theoretical foundations,and introduces the relationship between government WeChat operation,service-oriented government,government WeChat and service-oriented government.According to government information disclosure theory,new public service theory and usage and satisfaction theory,this paper uses literature analysis method.Data analysis method and comparative analysis method are used to analyze the problems existing in the operation process of government-based WeChat based on service-oriented government and the reasons for the problems.On this basis,it is concluded that there are problems such as “unclear positioning of subject and object,low quality of published content,imperfect online service functions provided,and unobstructed communication channels with the public” in the operation of government WeChat.And the reasons for these problems are mainly “the backward operation consciousness of the main body,the imperfect information release system,the lack of relevant technology and professional talents,and the unsound communication mechanism with the people”.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the operation of government WeChat,such as “Precision Government WeChat Positioning,Perfecting Information Publishing System,Improving the Service Ability of Government WeChat,and Improving the Communication System of Government WeChat”.
