Albright admires the America style democracy, freedom and human rights deeply. She wants to push the America style democracy all around the world. Her foreign affair ideology underlined the flexibility and pragmatism and advocated to use the military and diplomatic together. She firmly believed it was the best to maintain the U.S' hegemony by disagreed the neo-isolationism and advocated to use the multilateral way to control the international organizations.Albright thought highly of Chinese Strategy, she believed it was a part of the U.S benefits to enter the Chinese huge market. Meanwhile, America needed to get the cooperation from China in international affairs. She underlined the contentment and dialogue between China and America. So she visited China many times to promote the communications and release the tense relationship made by America congress. She promoted the relationship between the two countries on the way to the constructive partnership. On the other side, She never dropped the containment strategy to China by attacking the Chinese human rights and Tibet etc.The evaluation to Albright should be objective and comprehensive, her Sino policy bettered the circumstances of Sino-American trade, improved the trust between China government and American government, and promoted the technology and culture exchange, reduced the disputes on Taiwan affair. But the Ideology issues interrupted her Sino policy; she increased the distrusts between the two governments on human rights etc.
