The news reports will influence the cognition of the audience. In these reports, the political news always are paid close attention by the media because of their controversy and influence during the development of society and economy. The election, the words and deeds of the political personage or the discussing during the legislation, are all the subject matter of the medium. The controversy in the political news is especially obvious in Taiwan. The circumstances of politics in Taiwan tend to two camps based different political parties after 2000, and the controversy was mainly caused by the two camps. The medium reports would influence the audience owing to whether the reports are objective and proper or not.The result of the first trial is that Ma Yingjiu is guiltless in the legal case of special expense. At August 15 in 2007, the main newspapers report the case. These reports showed the different news frames and the opinions by their narrates of the personage and the basis of judgment. It is obviously various in the contents, the quantities and the points of view,and it seems that we can acquaint ourselves with the social reality through these reports. But we want to discuss that why the different news frames exist in the different medium and what is the exact truth behind these appearance.D'Angelo and Wicks have an idea that the journalist effected by the culture and the schema of cognition reflect special meaning through their reports, and the frame of the news help us understand the how the social reality to be constructed. So this research is mainly about the analysis of the frame. It has two issues: what are the news frames of these reports and how did the medium construct the social reality. This research takes four newspapers as the subject base on the category and the rate of reading. This research applies two methods, the one is content analysis, and the other is statement analysis. This research includes five aspects: the details of these reports about this case, the comparison about the news frames, the analysis of the frames, the comparison about the news features, and the different social reality constructed by different medium.This research mainly analyzes the frame of the four newspapers, and simply discusses the source of the news by content analysis. At the same time, different newspaper have different concerns and inclination about the source of the news, and the concerns and inclination would influence the appearance of the frame. The source of the news, the medium and the journalist has a complex interaction relationship, and this relationship also influences the appearance of the frame.
