Under the background, the party took a long-range approach and made a great decision to construct the socialistic new countryside at the right moment. The socialistic new countryside's construction's connotation has some certain and direct relations with the boorish legal awareness, and it proposes higher request to the boorish legal awareness in detail. Although our government has made great progress in the construction of rule by law, the boorish legal awareness is not optimistic at the moment. The awareness of contempt and fear of law is still strong. In general, there are problems in boorish legal awareness and ethic relations. The reasons that cause the situation may be a lot, such as the boorish rules are still strong, the conflict between the faith in law and faith in moral, and the reasons of rule by law and culture. In order to satisfy the request of the socialistic new countryside's construction, we must keep aware to the reality of countryside and the countryside itself, learn from examples abroad of rule by law more reasonably, and value the resource home. At last, we should choose a practical method by constructing the regulations, fostering the right awareness, solving the conflicts and propaganda of rule by law to improve the boorish legal awareness. |
