Analysis On Today's Social Context Of Ideological And Political Education

As a narrow sense, "Context" means the parts of something written or spoken that immediately precede and follow a word or passage. Viewed in a broad sense, it means the language activity related to various environments. This thesis formed a new concept——"social context " by moving the "context" to the social area, which is bases on the study of linguistics, philosophy of science and pedagogy, and analysis the ideological and political education in detail. The social context of ideological and political education consists of inner context and outer context. However, there is contradiction and unity relationship between ideological and political education and social context. That is to say, the social context is the foundation of ideological and political education. It surely restrains ideological and political education. Simultaneous the ideological and political education react upon the social context.In modern social context, the market economy has been taking over the planned economy and becoming a dominant way. It is the basically context that ideological and political education is faced with; Network has many merits, such as: equality, vitality, convenience and so on. It is a significant task to study this new medium how to influence people's thinking and behavior; Meanwhile, Globalization has been rebuilding our life by a new way. The ideological and political education confronted with the opportunity and challenge co-exist situation. In a word, the modern social context became more opening, complicated and diversified. Under the modern social context, for the ideological and political education, one hand, it must adjust the system to strengthen its "immunity" . This is the cardinal measure to improving itself; on the other hand, it also must set up a friendly relationship between the outer context, and keep a properly tension.
