Establishment And Improvement Of Maritime Administrative Permission Regime In China

To deal with the existing problems in maritime administrative permission regime in China, and to adapt to the need of developing socialistic market economy as well as the need of having become a member of WTO, the necessity and feasibility of improving maritime administrative permission in China Is analyzed and discussed in connection with Chinese maritime reforms using the views and methods of administrative law. In addition, the reasons for deficiency presence is investigated, and practicable suggestions to improve the maritime administrative system in China are put forward in comparison with the maritime administrative systems in some of the advanced maritime countries in the world.
