| There is important significance theoretically and practically to study the construction of public security culture in countryside in our country. In the collective study conference of Central Political Bureau, General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized that the construction of the security culture must be integrated into the construction of spiritual civilization and arranged together. From the collective significances, it will help open a new phase of the reconstruction of new countryside under the condition of socialism and lead harmonious society in countryside to a new direction to develop the study of public security culture in countryside. Improve the recognition of whole society to the problem of public security in countryside, build up new safety value, create an atmosphere of "love lives, concern safety", strengthen the protective consciousness of farmers to guard against danger, and improve the safety quality and skills of fanners. Based on these conditions, supervisory mechanism and the multiplex service structure of public security in countryside are to be established to ensure countryside in a stable condition and to promote society developing harmoniously.This article begins from the study angel of Public security institution and analyzes the concrete cases which appeared in the public security in countryside in connection with the reform measures which are implemented in the rural work by the Public security institution in recent years. It is guided by historical materialism of the Marxist philosophy and uses logical ways of induction and deduction. It explores public security culture of new countryside in our socialism theoretically and practically in order to meet the needs of the development of harmonious society in our country.This article is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction, which mainly proposes questions and points out the theoretical and practical significance and the current study situation in home and broad; the second part is about the general outline of theories of public security culture, including the definition of public security culture, the change of the value of public security culture and the roles of police in the construction of public security culture; the third part is the analysis of the current situations of public security culture in countryside.
