| My paper introduced the emerge and evolvement of the law system of international trade of lawyer service, including the WTO's regulation about legal service trade and the regulation on international legal service trade of several special countries and regions. THE article analyzed the regulation on international trade of lawyer service of china, from the both aspect of international law and domestic law, and base on this analysis I attempted to supply some suggestions for the perfection of the regulation on international legal service trade of china.Besides the Preamble and conclusion, the essay depart into four chapters:First chapter: The emergence and development of the international legal service and the regulations about it. In this chapter, I primarily introduced the foundamental theories of the international trade of lawyer service, base on analysis and comparations, I proposed my points of some important conceptions and theories about the international trade of lawyer service.Second chapter: Introductions of the regulation on international legal service of the WTO, and policies of some of its primary members, including the specific commitments of china and the special arrangements of Hong Kong and Macao. Besides that, I also proposed my point about all this problems.Third chapter: Introductions of the regulations on external trade of lawyer service of some important countries and regions, and then analyzed them one by one. From this comparation, I intend to search some useful experiences for the perfection of the regulations of our own.Fourth chapter: Narration of the developing procedure of the regulation on trade of lawyer service of China. And then I analyzed some problems of the regulation system about trade of lawyer service, base on the experience of the WTO and some other countries, I proposed my suggestions for the defects of our regulation system on trade of lawyer service.
