The theory that law is evolutionary is the principal aspect viewpoint in literati and Mr sui ji chen zhong's Evolution of Law is the classic example . Through his study of law formed from unconscious law,secret law,announcement law to promulgate law and through his study of law essence from taboo,customary law to law and regulations , Mr sui ji chen zhong made a conclusion that the law evolutes constantly.To prove the accuracy of his theory , the author showed large quantities of detailed sources. But just because of the sources , the reliability of conclusion is questioned, Evolution means the concrete thing develops better and better in the lasting time and space. But when the author proved the conclusion to be right , he used the sources illogically in time and space. So the conclusion met with disputation naturally.According to enlightenment of rheology physics and through the study of myself , I get the idea that the law does not evolute but rheologys from time to time.The rheology of law means that the law changes at random on the condition that all kinds of the elements stimulate the law .when the law comes into being ,the peculiarity of it exhibits to be polybasic and arbitrary ; when the law develops, all the elements develop at random and act each other occasionally ;which make the law rheology. So the rheology of law is necessity and inevitability.The rheology of law not only asks us to comprehend the world tolerantly, but also warns us not to make any theory of law develop extremely, also suggests that we should use the rheology of law to contribute to the tolerant and harmony law world.
