The Research Of Personal Knowledge Management And Network Platform Of The Teacher In Military Academy

Along with the quick development of the information technique, network technique, the communication technique and computer technique, the mankind is entering an age of knowledge economy. This is not only an economy age which gives priority to the occupancy and configuration of intelligence resources and science technique, and which makes the production, distribution, using and consuming of knowledge as important factors, but also a study age which needs creativity and innovation spirit best. The teacher as the educational and didactical professional personnel becomes more and more difficulty to meet the need of modern education, teaching and society's development if only depending on some inherited knowledge, capability and skills which have stronger practice ability. The development of the age needs all of the teachers to set up the idea of studying for a life. They should study, renew and perfect the existing knowledge structure without a break, raise professional level and acquire the development of themselves.This thesis introduces personal knowledge management and the meaning and theories of the teacher's personal knowledge management first, then carries on an investigation and analysis on the need of the teachers in military academy for personal knowledge management. At the same time, according to the work characteristics of the teachers in military academy, the present situation and the realistic circumstance, namely the military net as an absolute net circumstance separates from Internet, this thesis puts forward the strategies of the teacher's personal knowledge in military academy, and carry on a primary design and construct for the network platform of the teacher's personal knowledge in military academy.
