A Brief Analysis On Present Situation And Cause Of Formations And Precaution Of Juvenile Delinquency In L Province

This paper has collected the data of juvenile prisoners in L province from 2011 to 2015,analyzed the characteristics of juvenile delinquents through collating data,and analyzed the causes of juvenile delinquency in combination with the typical cases of juvenile offenders.On this basis,from the point of view of prevention and legal prevention,the author puts forward some suggestions to prevent juvenile delinquency.This article mainly uses the empirical analysis method and the statistical analysis method.The full text altogether divides into four chapters to discuss:The first chapter mainly elaborates the characteristics of juvenile delinquency in L province.By analyzing the data of juvenile prisoners in L province from 2011 to 2015,the paper analyzes the cultural level of juvenile offenders,the age situation of juvenile prisoners and the main types of crime.By studying the first-hand materials,the author proposes preventive measures for the next step.The second chapter mainly discusses the causes of juvenile delinquency in L province.By collecting the typical cases of juvenile delinquency in L province and analyzing the behavior characteristics of typical cases in detail,according to the characteristics of adult crimes,the paper summarizes the root causes of juvenile delinquency,which can be divided into the following reasons: social guidance and management,school education and training,family education and personal growth.The third chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent juvenile delinquency.This chapter puts forward four measures: the first is to improve the precautionary measures of juvenile delinquency;the second is to improve the legal system of juvenile delinquency;the third is to establish and improve juvenile delinquency related judicial system;the fourth is to establish non-Disposal measures.In short,strengthening the study of juvenile delinquency,has very important practical significance.We need to integrate the various forces to form a scientific and effective prevention system to reduce the incidence of juvenile delinquency and recidivism.
