Present Situation Of Rural Endowment And Its Improving Methods In Zaozhuang

China has entered an ageing society now. With the degree of the ageing of the population increases greatly, the ageing population, especially the rural old-age support issues become an important issue. Because the income gap between urban and rural residents broadens, the rural old-age security system lags far behind the city. It is almost not within the social security system .So according to the status of the ageing population and the rural old-age in Zaozhuang and compared with the domestic and international experiences and lessons in rural endowment, it is significant to select one current rural endowment path which fit the situation.This paper is on the basis of other experts and scholars' research, guided by dialectical materialism and historical materialism. It makes use of the politics, economics, statistics and other relevant methods and theories to discuss the status of the rural endowment and the rural old-age security mechanism. According to research needs, this paper use quantitative prediction model analysis, sample surveys, the typical analysis, comparative studies, and other research methods, make the best use of multicultural statistical data of Zaozhuang , draw a lot of charts as far as possible to show the readers a more intuitive view, more clearly design, more thorough research and analysis and more persuasive paper.This paper has pointed out that Chinese rural old-age security can not copy foreign models, we must consider the actual situation of Chinese agriculture, rural areas and farmers to analyse and explore. This paper links with the actual situation in rural areas in Zaozhuang , using plentiful and detailed data to analyze ,to prove the point. Through the analysis of the problems in rural endowment in Zaozhuang and the root of the plight, we finally raise the conclusion that it should be established on the basis of a family pension, social pension and self-endowment supplement path in Zaozhuang. According to the actual situation of the elderly in rural areas, we should vigorously promote own pension credit system in Zaozhuang.
