The living standards, medical and health undertakings of the public keep enhancing with the rapid development of social economy, which progressively extend life expectancy. The elderly population has been extremely fast growth because of our country population base is tremendous. As the first generation of the one-child family parents will step into declining years, great changes have taken place in family structure in our country. The traditional family mode, which is mainly composed of the nuclear family models are increasingly replaced by a variety of small family ones. The separation between the empty nest elderly and the offspring has severely effect on the pension problem. Every family has old people, everyone will be old. How to enjoy a peaceful and happy evening of their life and how to achieve the " six old" goals as soon as possible is a project of our research.Traditional idea of "raising children to provide against old age" cannot be satisfied with the demand of the elderly endowment. It requests us transform the original and traditional way of family pension mode gradually, which carry forward the Chinese national tradition, that is: respect, love, esteem and support. Single family pension mode can not meet the growing demand for the aged, home endowment, institutional pension and other retirement pattern appear, to establish perfect the common development of a variety of old-age model of the new diversified old-age service system become inevitable choice to alleviate the pressure of supporting the old. In this paper, we first introduce the background and significance of the research topic selection, through analysis of literature collation, the current mode of providing for the aged and the need of the theoretical support for the concept of the definition and introduction of, which laid a solid theoretical foundation. To the elderly in the town in forest zone of Northeast China as the research object, analysis their current status of pension and pension demand, diversified pension model’s willingness to choose on-site visits and questionnaire survey, find the influencing factors of the impact of pension mode selection, and the results of the survey were detailed detailed analysis and summary. Combined with the existing pension problems in the small town, a feasible policy suggestion is put forward I hope the study will provide a theory basis for the development of pension services in Xiaoyangqi Town, and find an effective way to solve the problem of pension for the town residents. This will make a contribution to pension services greatly in future.
