The increase of aging population is an important social problem in 21th century, which has been taken attention widely by the international society. Along with the pricking up of aging population in our country, the problem of providing for the aged has become an unneglectable issue in our social life in China. However, owing to the change of family structure, the traditional family support and social support have not been fit for the present position of China. The development of the community makes it become the support and carrier for many kinds of services gradually. Under this condition, the position of community service in providing for the aged become more and more important. The urban community provide for the aged having been developed vigorously.Community provision for the aged is an indispensable model for the elderly with the society transformation. It is the important complement to the social support and family support for the aged. The focus point in this paper is about the foundation and perfection of the community support for the aged in family support system. First of all, in this paper, it starts from the background of increasing serious problems of aging population in our country. From the analysis of the development trend of the aging population challenging to China's present status, it obtains that, under the new circumstances, the community provision for the aged is an effective way to protect the problem. Secondly, through the analysis and comparison of the foreign community provision model, it sums up the experiences for the learning of our country. Thirdly, through the analysis of the problems and its influencing factors of the existing community provision model in our country, it learns the ways to speed up the development of our community provision.
