As a branch of international law, International Human Right Act maily originates from some treaties signed by various countries and organizations and the compliance of every country is its main form of implementation. Now that China has signed several items of it, we are facing a series of problems, such as, their implementation and effect in China, the gap between them and the laws in China, especially the criminal laws relating to life rights and freedom rights, which are to be solved.In this thesis, we have done some exploration on some aspects, such as the legislation trend and the effect on China's criminal law of international human right act, the human rights status and the problems regarding China's legislation of criminal law and the strategies for them as well. we are expecting to make them reference for the accordance of human rights protection systems in China with international human right treaties signed by China..
