After the founding of People's Republic of China, China and Africa have established formal diplomatic relations, then achieved fruitful results. But since the 90's 20th century, some Western scholars misunderstood Sino-African policy. Therefore, We should regard what factors affect Sino-African policy from the theory and practice of research, such as national interests on the impact of foreign policy. Deeply and systematically study of different periods of Sino-African policy evolution and its impact on Africa will help to understand the substance of policy, with a view to a better understanding of Sino-African policy and practice. For this purpose, the paper divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical.The first part is the introduction, raise issues of concern then provide an overview of research topics. The second part, there are two foreign policy perspective, this starts to explore and analyze the pros and cons of that point of view, from national interests of foreign policy is a more comprehensive analysis of the significance of practice. Part III and Part IV an example ,to China since the founding of new China policy adjustments on the evolution of Africa, the longitudinal recall of Sino-African policy research to the reform and opening up for the delineation of boundaries, made in stages for the second part of empirical analysis. Part V is the conclusions drawn form this article, first, the national interest is to consider the strategic relationship between the national guidelines, Second, the fundamental purpose of Sino-African policy is an effective safeguard China's core national interests.
