Politic bank indicate the government financial institution which has no profit purpose but only executing the policy of government,and financing for political aim.All the laws which regulate the operation of politic bank is politic bank law.As we all know,our country is a developping country,unbanllance micro-economic level make politic bank become a important financial tool which was used by our government to adjust micro-economic.But lack of law in politic bank is a serious problem we met .We must solve this problem by the way of consulting other countries which succeed in this field.In Japan ,Its policy-oriented financial institution had made a excellent contribution in the period of after war and high speed economy.What's more ,They have perfect law system of policy-oriented financial institution. Consequently, the author consider that we need to anylise the experience of Japan, which is also the purpose of this article.The author study this article by using the historical materialism method and the comparative analysis method. On the base of describing the base theory of politic bank law,the author compared China and Japan, and suggested some advice latter. Its the soal of this artical, the author had put her viewpoint about establish the law system of politic bank in China.Before the author, there is few scholar have been studied this subject, Consequently, this research is not only a challenge, but also a chance to get breakthrough in this field.
