Build The State Security Legal System Under The New State Security Vision

The traditional definition of the state security in the academic field and the work practice, is just as follows: the rational acknowledgement about the theory,practice and inner legal of the state security is just based on the acknowledgement about the state security itself, but ignores the interrelations between the state security and other social sectors. The acknowledgement about the state security is only focused on a certain particular issue of the state security, not on the whole state security system. Therefore, the current state security legal is not perfect in the adjustment of the objects, and the related legal research and the practice ignore the interrelations between the state security and other social sectors. Therefore, as the writer of this thesis, I put forward this new state security vision, just for the sake of maintaining the state security and focusing on the interrelations between the state security and other social sectors ,especially on the interrelations between the state interest and the private interest, national interest and the common human interest. I try to explain more on building the state security legal under the new state security vision. Since the state security covers a wide range of issues, it is impossible to give more details on which legal and which regulation should be improved, neither is possible to make special research on the legalmaking of the state security. It is my sincere hope that the thesis will provide a new vision for the research on the state security and the related legalmaking, and even further make some reference for the improvement of the state security legal.
