Build The State Security Legal System

Contemporary practice and academia for national security, national security concept is defined as:the theory of national security, and other practical knowledge. Formed based on this concept of national security, most are national security as a starting point, but not to other factors related to national security covered. Unfortunately, even such a low level of understanding, the flaws are very obvious, that emphasizes the part of national security, rather than the overall sense of national security. Therefore, the contemporary national security law in its adjustment of the object also appears to be too simple, with supporting theoretical studies and also the lack of legislation related to national security and other considerations. For this reason, the authors in order to protect national security, national interests, especially in the state, collectives, and individuals as a starting point between the interests of the proposed new concept of national security situation was also a new perspective on the national security system resumes a systematic exposition. However, the national security area involved is too broad, this paper because of space limitations can not be stated in all of its contents one by one, nor will be discussed in this article focus on national security legislation, but hopes some of the proposed new point of view, this study can help to other scholars in the field, provide new research ideas, so as to improve the legal system of national security and make due contributions.
