The freedom of association is of basic right of constitution and has an important constitutionalism value . In fact the freedom of association is limited in the aspect of the law and administrative government. But modern democracy requires that everyone class has his organize and has a road to pass his ideas. Modern democracy asks country to give civil much space and more roads to meet their profit. So, studying the constitutionalism value has important sense.The article includes five sections:Firstly, an analysis on the character and content .The viewpoint of freedom of association decides the basic spirit of social association. So ,on the base of this, the thesis begins to find answer of realizing the freedom of association.In the fourth part , after analysesing the overseas the situation of the freedom of association, some benefit ideas is rising about realizing the constitutionalism value of the freedom of association .Finally, the realizing of the constitutionalism value of the freedom of association includes two parts.
