Associations are a kind of autonomic organization which doesn't adhere to the government. They are formed for some common intention or some common interests from people's own voluntarily. The development of associations will be beneficial to the realization of freedom of association which is one of basic rights. It will be advantageous to promoting democracy and rule of law. Besides, it will form a kind of opposed and interactive situation between the government powers and the association forces by concentrate individual rights. Furthermore, that will provide a path for the realization of constitutionalism government target. At the same time, association is also an important ligament between the government and individuals which can strengthen their contact and exchanges. What's more important, the development of associations will be also beneficial to form a stable and reasonable social construction, which can get a netlike interactive situation between the government power and all kinds of social forces. The values that associations contain are just the ones that are needed in our country's construction of constitutionalism government. Our country's construction of constitutionalism government can not go without the participation and pushing of associations, so it is necessary for us to effectively protect the freedom of association of citizens ,to develop autonomic associations and to make good use of its constitutional government values.
