Research On Water Rights System

Water is both an economic and ecological natural resources and indispensable to human. As China's industrialization and urbanization process accelerates, water pollution has increased, the contradiction between water demand and supply has increased significantly. How to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources,improve the utilization of water resources, achieve the optimal allocation of water resources and to realize sustainable use of the water rights system as a solution to vested water rights has become a serious social problem. effective means and measures to achieve the optimal allocation of water resources and sustainable use, such as water allocation, water rights transference , and the state macro-control campaign issues, are the most powerful system of protection. This paper focuses on the concept of water rights and its nature, law relationships, the relevant distinction between the related rights, the status quo and experiences at home and abroad and the acquisition, transference, security and other issues .It is hoped to put forward some references to improve China's system of water rights.Chapterâ… is on the brief account for water rights.
