The globalization has greatly changed the world, and it also a shocked for the traditional politic policy and value and greatly changed the class foundation of the Social Democratic Party and social infrastructure, to a certain extent, the Social Democratic Party changed the governance. Into the 1990s, due to the tremendous impact of globalization and the drastic changes in Eastern Europe, democratic socialism began transforming to social democracy. The core of transition is the color gradually faded ideology, the core of the socialist system turn from the system change into the value of innovation. In particular, the public ownership and socialization were abandoned, and the efficiency of the economy, reforming the welfare state, facing the challenges of globalization and the global governance were stressed.Such change laid the ideological foundation for national changes in the Social Democratic Party. In the context of transition, Social Democratic parties in all countries have proposed a "third way" model, and has made the ruling power in all countries, especially in the Blair's Labor government under the leadership of the "third way".British Labor Party has experienced more than one decade as an opposition party, the reformation led by three leading team, Nock, Smith and Blair, the concepts, organizational structure, platform and other aspects completed the change from the old Labor Party to the new labor party, which re-laid the foundation for the ruling power for the British Labor Party. The New Labor party abandoned the provision of public ownership, "the party constitution Article IV", and it increased the intensity of updating the concept, the organizational structure of the Labor Party was reformed and the labor union bounding on the party was weakened, the power of the leaders was strengthened, and the party's operation mode was changed.British Labor Party's third way was an exploring in the United Kingdom with a certain conditions against the background of the transition from democratic socialist model to the social democracy, and it provided the guidance for the Blair government's practice.
