Swedish Social Democratic Party Change Ownership Theory Research

Sweden is the longest country under the ruling of the party of Democratic Socialism. Social Democratic Party, since the date of the establishment, is in pursuit of the means of production to gradually recognize the capitalist private ownership of and implement a wide range of welfare policy reformism, and then functional socialism and funding socialism. During the process, social democratic ownership has gone through a series of changes, and Democratic Socialism in Sweden has made remarkable achievements, with the world famous "from cradle to grave" welfare system.This paper with the subject of the theory of ownership change of the Swedish analyses the history of Social Democratic policy changes of ownership since the date of the establishment. The original intention of this paper is to get through the changes of the Swedish Social Democratic theory of ownership, and explore the experience of the social construction under the particular circumstances in order to learn some lessons of ownership theory of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics, and put forward a reasonable framework and direction of theory of ownership with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter1:Introduction. This chapter introduces the background, the significance of the research and research methods, as well as the researches development at home and abroad. Chapter II:The status of Swedish Social Democratic Party. This chapter first describes the development of Democratic Socialism in Sweden, introducing the development process of Democratic Socialism in Sweden since the1890s, and then describes the ruling state of Social Democratic Party in Sweden. Chapter III:the changes of the ownership of The Swedish Social Democratic Party. This chapter is the most central part of this thesis, studying from the theory of ownership at the beginning of the founding of the Swedish Social Democratic Party with the chronological method to the theory of the ownership of Branting in power, and then to Hansen’s theory of ownership, to the functional socialism in the1970s and later to the funding socialism. This chapter gives a systematic analysis of the changes of ownership theory and at the same time the creative elements in the ownership theory. Chapter4:The Democratic Socialist construction achievements by The Swedish Social Democratic Party. The achievements of social construction are closely related to the theory of ownership of the Social Democrats. Sweden’s achievements in economic and social development reflect the correctness and rationality of the ownership change of Social Democrats. Chapter V: Evaluation of the Swedish Social Democratic theory of ownership and social achievements. This chapter is divided into three parts. First, the reform and innovation of the ownership promotes social development. Second, the process still incurs the plight of the change of ownership. Third, this chapter analyzes the exploration of the path of development in line with their national conditions, in order to analyze the special circumstances of Sweden’s success, giving the warning of not blindly copying the Swedish experiences. Conclusion: thinking of a "functional democracy" by the Swedish democracy in order to decide whether or not the socialism with Chinese characteristics can be characterized as a functional socialism since the reform and opening up, in order to distinguish the socialism ahead of reform and opening up, providing the structure of socialism with Chinese characteristics with a factual basis. Meanwhile, the Swedish Social Democratic theory of ownership changes can also provide a reference for the ownership theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
