Perfect social security system is one of the most important parts of socialist market-oriented economic structure as well as a significant guarantee to sustainable economy development and lasting political stability in China. However, rural residents have not got an equal right as urban residents because of the dual structure social security system. Social security system in rural areas is still on the fringe of the whole system, so it makes rural residents outside over a long period of time. As an important part of social security system, the building of the rural medical treatment system is far away from satisfaction. Many rural residents can't escape from poverty resulting from their illness. At the same time, due to the gradually increasing economic gap between the city and the countryside, rural residents are inferior to urban residents on social status, which deepens their resentful feelings against the Communist Party of China and the government.
