The Research On Sino-Russian Strategic Cooperation From A Perspective Of National Interest

China and Russia, two big countries of the Eurasian continent, are at a rapid economic take-off. In the contemporary arena of international relations they are in the rapid rise in status and they changes the most in the post-Cold War international relations. The two countries' foreign policy and the relationship between them are influenced by the global trend of the overall international relations, and in turn plays a huge role in promoting the overall international situation. As a result, the study of the relationship between these two great powers, especially when the study aimed at the interests of the country under the guidance of the strategic cooperative relations, is different from the study of the bilateral relations between small and medium-sized countries.After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia gradually took to the road of revitalization, it developed particularly rapid in Putin's administration. Research on Russia in terms of theory and practice can give us a lot of great inspiration for the development of the country.National interest is a core concept of the international politics, and is a basis of a country's existense and development. From a perspective of national interest, we can judge the direction of a country's development and analysis the relationship between countries effectively. Russia, one of the most important countries in the world, can provide us with theoretical reference through its domestic political and economic changes. China, Russia's biggest neighboring country, plays an important role in the world and the Asia-Pacific region. The status and the nature of the relationship between these two countries not only is of vital importance to their own security and development, but also infulences decisively the peace and the stability of Asia even the world.China and Russia increase their close co-operation in response to NATO's eastward expansion, Japan and the United States' strengthening the military alliance, the United States national and theater missile defense system deployment, anti-terrorism and other security issues. They increase their close co-operation also in the fight against a very dominant, a multi-polar world process, to strengthen and consolidate the role and status of China and Russia as a permanent member of UN Security Council in dealing with international affairs. This cooperation makes it more meaningful to the research and study of Russia and Sino-Russian relations.With the analysis of the theory on national interest, this paper focuses on getting a deeper understanding about the relationship, deepening the thought of cooperation and providing ideological support for the smooth development of the relationship between China and Russia. This paper researches the development of the relationship after World War II, especially during the presidency of Putin between China and Russia, analyses every factor in the strategic cooperation between the two countries, so as to take advantages of every favorable factor, to deliminate barriers and to seek the new method to the cooperation between China and Russia.From a perspective of national interest, this paper studies the development of Sino-Russian relations and prospects, analyses the impressive space and the relations between the two countries in the pros and cons combining with the illustration in political, military and economic respects and draws a conclusion that the Sino-Russian strategic cooperation will be mutual beneficial.
