Research About How To Improve The Credibility Of China Government During The Transition Period

With the development of socialist market economy and democratic politics, during the process of administrative reform and modernization, the public ask more and more from the government, and thus pay more and more attention to government image. For a long time, most research about credibility are focused on fields such as personal and business, while neglect the credibility of the government, which is the expenatial and vindicator of the whole social credit system. The credibility of government directly related to its legitimacy. It is an important resource to implement public policies and achieve scheduled goals, an inexhautible source to reduce policies resistance, improve its effetivess and reduce its cost, a premise on which laws can really be carried out, a guarantee of GDP's smooth development, and the basis of the whole social credit system. So research about government's credibility is not just an academic research, but also an social issue which China's socialist market economy faces and needs immediate solution.At present, China is still in transition period from planned economy to market economy, on one hand, government have to face all kinds of complex problems while laws and regulations are still not consummated, on the other hand, public exceptation universally upgraded during this democratic and open time. These two conflicts pose a challenge on the credibility of government. At present, China government's lack of credibility mainly embodies in nonstandardation of government behaviors, random public policies, lagged public services, decline of implementation and so on. This paper detailedly analyse reasons lead to government's discredibility, including ascepts such as environment, concept, structure, systems, government ability, and then put forward a series of solutions accordingly.
