Research On The Realization Path Of Government Integrity Based On The Background Of "Internet + Government Affairs"

The research is carried out in the light of the public doubts towards government credit and the deteriorating of social integrity.In recent years,more and more extreme social integrity incidents happened.The problem of social integrity has proceeded from individual cases to high probability events which brought great impact on the public's trust of the society.Discredit in government becomes more serious.Fortunately,the Chinese government has noticed this problem.In the report of the 18 th CPC congress,the building of government credit has been listed as an important part of the social integrity system.Meanwhile,with the development of information and technologies,in the big data era,internet has brought profound influence and changes to the government management.The direct product of government performance is government credit.Therefore,the new government management mode will inevitably have an impact on government credit.In the 2015 government work report,premier Li Keqiang initiated the “Internet+” working plan.In the 13 th Five Year Plan adopted at the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,“Internet +” working plan was mentioned once again in the Innovation and Development part aiming to illustrate its great importance for China's future development.The government tries to reform the traditional industries through the promotion of internet upgrading.Under this strategic background,the “Internet+government affairs” shows the way for the improving of government credit.As the“Internet+ government affairs” is an irresistible trend,how can we make full use of this trend to improve government credit and to establish a good government credible image?This is the research topic of the paper.The paper contains five chapters.The Introduction analyses the present theories both domestic and abroad,and explains the purpose and significance of the research on government credit in the light of “Internet+ government affairs ”.The first chapter illustrates the concepts?connotations and forms of “Internet+ government affairs” and government credit,with further discussion on the government commitment ? the implementation of government commitment and the evaluation on public integrity.The second chapter analyses the impact of “Internet+ government affairs” on the improvement of government credit,which is analyzed from the aspects of credit subject and evaluation subject.The third chapter analyses the current situation and bottleneck restrains for government credit in the new government management mode.In this light,the fourth chapter discusses how to improve the building of government credit under the background of “Internet+ government affairs”.
