The relations between the clan organizations and our state which are complex and changeable can be dated back to ancient times. The formation of the clan can be traced back to the end of the primitive society in China. Clan condensation core of China's traditional culture closely linked with state power. Clan power and the state power formed a complex relationship and an important part of the process in the history of our country. At present, with the rural economic and social development, political, economic, cultural and other aspects in rural areas provide some survival and development opportunities for the rehabilitation of the clan. Researching on the relation between the clan organizations and grass-roots political power can more clearly get the reasons and roles for the rejuvenation of the clan. It will help grass-roots political power to take effective measures to face the rejuvenation of the clan. It will also enrich China's grassroots administrative theory and deconstruct the rural social power system. Theory of China's rural administration provides empirical facts and theoretical thinking.This paper deals with the relations of the rural clan organizations and grass-roots political power. It introduces the basic theoretical system about the relations between the clan organizations and political power and sums up the history of the relationship between the two. It provides to straighten out a theoretical basis and historical context of the relationship between the two. It focuses on the relationships between the rural clans and grass-roots political power after the era of reform and opening up. It is the main line that the clan forces develop in the rural grass-roots society. It uses the way of empirical research to study the relation types of the clan organizations and grass-roots political power. The exist problems will be solved by using the corresponding countermeasures.The paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, including the thesis research background, meaning, the home and broad reviewed literature on the basic ideas and the main method. The second part summarized the basic theory of the relations between the clan organizations and grass-roots political power. the concept of distinction between the clan and family, the deconstruction of China's feudal autocratic system of family rights, the right and the imperial power of Clifford Chance, a detailed summary of the history of China's grass-roots political power change in order to establish the relations theoretical system and design to clear the specific content and scope of research. The third part summarized the relations of history of China's rural clan organizations and grass-roots political power to provide the historical basis for address the relationship. The fourth part is a detailed analysis of the relations of rural clans and grass-roots political power after the era of reform and opening up. First, it introduces the mutual relations between the clan organizations and grass-roots political power. And then it uses empirical research methods to analysis three types of the combination of the rural clans and grass-roots political power. These are the weak clan-type power, the weak power-strong clan, the balance of the clan and political power. Three aspects which are the measures and attitude of the grassroots political power to face the rejuvenation of the clan organizations, the negative impact of the clan to bring to the grassroots political power and the lack of continued balance between the two are the main context of the reasons and the problem of the clan organizations and grass-roots political power. To deal with these problems, Part V suggests developing a healthy relationship between the clan organizations and grass-roots political power.
