The New Adjustments Of The Latin American Left-wing Parties And Its Impact On Latin American Political Development After The Cord War

Since the end of 20 century,the left-wing party's leaders of Latin American have entered the political arena center successively through election.The administration of Latin American left-wing parties has become something called "political ecology".This political phenomenon has aroused widespread interest of international society.Party politics is the center of recent political activity.So the research about the Latin American left-wing parties has important value.The left-wing parties which this article studies are left-wing parties of bourgeoisie and are left-wing parties in narrow sense.This text targets all left-wing parties in Latin America,analyses and researches the left-wing parties using the macroscopic view among historical periods.Then this thesis makes a comprehensive conclusion about Latin American left-wing parties.At the same time,it also shows the adjustments,the characteristics and effects of Latin American left-wing parties.The thesis is divided into four parts.The specific content is as follows:The first part introduces the history and reformation of the Latin American left-wing parties which include development and characteristics in those periods to get a historical understanding of Latin American left-wing parties in general.This part also provides comparative issues for the analysis of following parts.The second part which is the key of this paper analyzes the reasons why Latin American left-wing parties adjust after Cold War.The negative effects of neo-liberalism in Latin America are the realistic reasons why Latin American left-wing parties adjust.New international situation which is after the Cold War is the international environment for adjusting.And the policies of the United States to Latin America have changed is the favorable conditions for their adjustment.Additionally,that traditional activities of Latin American left-wing party are challenges is the intrinsic demand for adjusting.Finally,other country's reformation provides useful experience for the adjustments of Latin American left-wing parties.In a word,every point forces the Latin American left-wing parties to adjust in the new period.The third part is innovative and difficult point in this thesis.It summaries the adjustments and the new characteristics of Latin American left-wing parties.The new adjustments embody on the new guiding principles,the new ways of organizing and playing,the new member foundation and the new thought theory.Its characteristics embody on ideological weakening, the guiding principle more practical,the strengthening of political parties' compatibility and new explorations for developments.The fourth part explains how the new adjustments of Latin American left-wing parties affect political development of Latin America.The effects are performed on several points such as:Latin American political and democratic development;the formation of new political culture;political modernization;political stability.In a word,the adjustment of Latin American parties accelerates political development of Latin America.
