The Changes Of China's Political Participators Since The Founding

Hu Jintao,the General Secretary of Chinese Communist Party,pointed out in the 17th report "adhere to the fact that all the rights belong to the people,expand regularly the participation into politics of people from all levels and various fields, mobilize and organize the people the most extensively to administer the country and social affairs,economic and cultural undertakings according to law" "Safeguard the people's right to know,participate,express and supervise".This shows that the central government attaches importance to the political participation of our citizens in orderly manner and has determination on it,strengthens the degree further to resolve the orderly political participation of our citizens and gives a new meaning of democracy to social equity.Studying political participation from the views of political participators,this paper may have much referential function on correct understanding of the development of China's political participation,objectively revealing the nature of the contemporary political participation in China,our country's democracy-building and political stability. China's political Reform may also refer to it in certain degree.This paper includes four parts in which the first part summarizes concept and the theoretical development of political participation firstly and then defines political participator.The main part of this paper,the second and third parts of this paper,analyzes political participator in our country,taking open reform as boundary.The second part analyzes features of social construction and political participation and the political participation of two ranks and one class during the period before open reform.The third part discusses mainly on the evolvement of political participators which is resulted from social disintegration and different classes which composes of political participators after open reform.The last passage as stance of this paper talks about the impact that the evolvement of political participators has on later social system reform in our country from such two aspects as social stabilization and democratic politics.
