The Relationship Between Life Values, Personality Trait And Life Satisfaction In Young Armyman

The researchers presented the first veview of values in 1980's,so far,there have had a great deal of researches on values in the western. the domestic researches have began the research since 1990's.But,it is neglect the study about values so far.In accordance with the defect in the field of values,the study researched the the relationship betweenlife values, personality trait and life satisfaction in Armymen.The dissertation employs the methods of combining history and eality ,theory and practice,static state and tendency,qualitative and quotaunion.In cocrete reseaching technique it uses literature law,survey proceduer like questionnaire survey,discussion,interview and so on ,comparison test.we proposed the questionnaire of life values of young armyman.we developed a four-component construction of life values of young armyman.We used the independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to analyze the difference of demographic variables in the dimension of life values of among different young armyman and We adopted correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship The Big Five personality trait,life values and life satisfaction.Firstly,The life values of young armyman should be a multidimensional variable consist of.Secondly,The life values of young armyman are different significantly in some demographic variable.Thirdly,There are significant correction between life values and The Big Five personlity trait and life satisfaction.Some dimentions of life values and personlity trait have significant influence on life satisfaction.
