The Research On China Philanthropy Folk Development

Philanthropy plays an important role in activating social resource,helping the disabled people,balancing the big gap of income,moderating social contradiction, improving social material civilization,spirit civilization.. In 2005,the National Bureau of Civil Administration and the Chinese Charity firstly hold"The Chinese charitable congress".The subject is"hand in hand with charity,altogether create the harmony". In November of the same year , the government enacted China Philanthropy development guide(2006-2010),which raised a policy of enhance the development of our philanthropy ,opened a new world of philanthropy,also a lot of progresses have been made,lots of problems have been the thresholds of our philanthropy,such as bad accountability,low socialization and so on .That makes the research on China philanthropy more important and urgent.The existing research of China philanthropy are about one respect of philanthropy , such as the relationship between charitable organizations and government,policy of taxation,or about subject of philanthropy, such as economics donation. These are good suggestion for the development of China philanthropy. This paper is based on a folk respect,research the analysis of the condition,problem and development strategy of China philanthropy.This paper starts with the situation of China philanthropy ,based on international philanthropy,pointing out the problem and factors which bound the development of China philanthropy,and lots of advice is given about the folk development of China philanthropy. Hope these are helpful to the charity organizations.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part identified the philanthropy concept and its practical significance; the second part has carried on the inspection to our country's philanthropy development; the third part gives analysis on American and English philanthropy; the fourth part provided scientific choice to develop philanthropy, which are based on the existed problems mentioned above ,and carries on a conclusion to the full text.
