Huai nan zi also known as Huai nan hong lie is a theory work of Liuan,who is the aristocracy of Han Dynasty,and his assistants.It is a collective creation.Huai nan zi is rich at its'content and it covers a wide range.It contains rich contents on the various fields of philosophy,politics,astronomy,geography,literature and other aspects.It is an encyclopedia-style book.The book attempt to integrate the strengths of each theory under the Taoism.Huai nan zi,which was born in a very special era,it is written in the early days of Wudi ascended the throne,when China is on the period of relative freedom and no theory can suppress others.Therefore,through the Huainanzi,relatively,we can get more clear understanding of the real intellectuals at that time.By it we would be get more real understanding of the true face of society and human real normol life. ??In the Huainanzi,there is no lack the discourse of politics,the exposition of the law. "Huainanzi" attempt to integrate the Confucianism and Legalists under the Taoism. Even at the end of book,both Confucianism and Legalism seems to dominate the book.This paper focuses on research the aspects of legal and politics theory of Huai nan zi The legal theory,which needs for carefully screening and sorting,falls under the jurisdiction of the various chapters of Huai nan zi.The first part of this paper introduce Huai nan zi creation,as well as the social background of Liuan own personality life to get more comprehensive understanding of this Huai nan zi.In the early Han society,weaken the forces of feudatory states is popular.Liuan's his father Liu zhang is an illegitimate child of Han emperor Liu Bang.Liu zhang and his mother died of a miscarriage of justice.Having of family background like this,Liu an's and his three brothers,in particular suspicion by the central government.In this environment,Liu an's feeling is the depression and tension. This feeling is bound to be reflected in the Huai nan zi.The second part of the article is to clarify Huai nan zi of the issue of schools. Huai nan zi has always been controversial attribution on the genre.Problem is mainly vested in the issue of Taoism or miscellaneous.A number of scholars classify Huai nan zi of different academic schools because of its' complex content.In this paper,I focue the Huai nan zi's treatment of virtue in the its' chapters.By its' different attitudes to that,we analysis the conflict between Confucianism,as well as the integration of confrontation in Huai nan zi.The third part of this book is to introduce the Taoism theory of Huai nan zi. Although Huai nan zi characterized by its complex content.But the book still has a clear tendency that Taoism reunification Legalism.Yuan dao xun,which is Huai nan zi frist chapter,expresses Taoism.At the end of chapter,Yaolv made it clear that the book is built on the Taoism.Thus,to talk about Huai nan zi,firstly,we must have a clear and comprehensive understanding of Taoism.Taoism exert a great influence on views of Huai nan zi in the community."Weak","clean",which are the characteristics of Tao.As the same,people should be Cautious and prudent.The fourth part of the article collet and analys the views of legal and politics scattered in various chapters of the book.Legalists representative of Han Fei,Shen Dao,whose view coming from Lao Tzu.They have this natural link with Taoism. Huai nan zi inherited the link,trying to integrate Taoism,legalism,Confucian ideas.It adds virtue into the law.Using the characteristics of Tao,such as "soft" and"Weak",they develop the political theory of "Doing nothing" to assist the emperor.
