Employee leaving is a general appearance accompanying economy developing, it calls more and more attention .The employee leaving rate is large in several years in DALIAN DONGFU LIQUID CRYSTAL COLOR DISPLAY CO.,LTD. It is the important mission to reduce employee leaving rate.The essay counts DONGFU company's employee leaving rate in several years and suggest latent employee leaving, then analyses the reason of employee leaving, such as social reason employee reason and company reason. The means to reduce employee leaving be found, building promoting system and supplying welfare fitting individual etc.. Human resource will be supplied for DONGFU company developing.
