In this paper,we selected the case teaching of the equal rights as research subjects because case teaching has become a popular and practical mode of teaching in the colleges and universities teaching recently. Strengthen the case teaching had great theoretical and practical value for students to learn the Constitution of thinking and to learn how to use principles of the Constitution to solve practical problems. Constitutional case law analysis can effectively train our students to get the legal and constitutional thinking. However, in fact, almost everyone has their own way of thinking. Ways and means of these may not be unable to effectively analyze the constitutional case law.But if you do not have a standardized analytical methods and do not have the logical uniformity that everyone will say their own opinions when they say the phenomenon and question in the discussion. In addition, the practice resulted in a theoretical way of thinking on the Constitution of the chaos and even confusion. The past two years, the situation has aroused the concern of academics.Teaching the theory of the case has generated a rapid development in the theory of pedagogy unique. In addition there have been some individual home and abroad on the theory of equal rights of articles and books of the right to equality .The theoretical research has reached a more mature stage and worked quite good at home and abroad. However, most are given a kind of pure or on the case and even the meaning of the concept of teaching and the purpose of the more simple exposition. Uncommon predecessors have specialized in the case teaching of the equal rights or the right to equality case teaching. So it is necessary to resolve the issue on case teaching systematic problem and detailed research.To wishes this purpose ,this article first deals with the concept of the case teaching of the right to equality and value of it to set clear scope of discussion and to build context. On this basis, I will explore the content of the case teaching of the equal right and the way to be addressed.Articles related education way and law way as a result of the realatinon of two major categories of education and law.Such as case teaching ,analysis of legal relations and principal analysis and so on. Of course, this article is also have a comprehensive analysis use of other methods, such as historical analysis and comparative analysis.
