Research On The Application Of Case Teaching Method In Police Defense Control Training

Public security colleges and universities education teaching quality directly determines the basic quality of the police in the new period,is the basic link of public security team construction,and improve the teaching quality is the key to the teaching content and teaching method reform and innovation.Based on the case teaching method,it has been popularized and applied in the teaching field,and the case teaching method is in line with the demand of our country to further strengthen the public security education.Police defense and control course as a compulsory course in public security colleges and universities of public security,not only to the requirement of training students to understand and master the basic theory of defense control technology and technology,also must master the use of the specification defense ability of control technology,so for instructors,how to improve the teaching effect of defense control is key.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the defense control technology,trying to apply case teaching police defense control training,the defense case teaching in police colleges is discussed the feasibility of the control technology teaching,and teaching experiments.The reform of teaching method is used to effectively improve the teaching effect in the relatively short course of defense control,and provide theoretical reference for the development and training of public security professionals.This paper adopts the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment and so on.First,the case of defense control technology is collected,classified and applied.Second in sichuan public security professional police academy class of 2016 randomly selected two team as the object of teaching experiment,the case teaching with traditional teaching method in the control course of the defense contrast application research.After the experiment,statistical software SPSS was used for data analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)in the case teaching process,there are three different stages for trainees to learn,reasonable arrangement of teaching contents,and targeted selection of appropriate teaching cases.(2)the case teaching method has a good effect on the training of arresting ability in police defense control technology.The teaching effect of multi-police hunting technique in the defense control technology is especially prominent.(3)the control theory of case teaching of police defense performance increase significantly,especially in the aspect of theory in the test application,is beneficial to training students to further improve the defense control technology.(4)the case teaching method can motivate the students to confirm the importance of cooperation in technology,so as to cooperate with other team members in the process of police combat.(5)the case teaching method encourages students to be interested in the defense control course,forming the motivation of active learning,improving the interest in participating and changing the attitude of learning.
