In recent years,illegal and criminal incidents involving secondary vocational students have appeared frequently and have received extensive attention and attention from the society.The legal literacy of secondary vocational students must be further improved under the background of the rule of law and the rule of law society.Therefore,the legal teaching of secondary vocational schools has become the focus of academic research.Secondary vocational students lack enthusiasm for legal study,network behavior is not standardized,organizational discipline is poor,and legal awareness is weak.Case teaching method is a common teaching method in the legal classroom of secondary vocational schools.There are still many room for improvement in the application process.The secondary school teachers lack the design of the case when they teach the law,relying on the cases provided by the textbooks,can not stimulate the enthusiasm of the secondary vocational students.In the process of using the case,the case introduction is rigid,the classroom discussion is empty,and the case evaluation cannot be integrated.Measuring the legal quality of students and other issues has seriously affected the teaching effect of the secondary vocational classroom.In this context,in order to improve the legal learning effect of secondary vocational students,it is necessary to conduct a detailed and in-depth analysis of each part of the case teaching method.Under the guidance of improving the effectiveness of the legal teaching of secondary vocational schools,this paper clarifies the connotation of the case teaching method and points out the characteristics of the case teaching method: the standardization of the teaching method,the authenticity of the teaching content,and the equality of the teaching process.The theoretical support behind the case teaching method.Based on the investigation and research on the legal teaching of several secondary vocational schools in Rizhao City,combined with the internship experience of the authors in secondary vocational schools,the results of the investigation are summarized,and the problems and causes of the legal teaching in secondary vocational schools are put forward.Based on the analysis of the problems and the causes,this paper takes the teaching materials,professional ethics and law,which are the legal teaching materials for secondary vocational schools,as the reference,analyzes the teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching techniques of the teaching materials,and draws the appropriate case teaching method.The content of the Constitution,the Criminal Law and the Civil Law are discussed in detail.In the case of constitutional case teaching,the "Sun Zhigang case" is used for teaching;in the criminal law case teaching,the "Qin Huohuo network rumor case" is used for teaching;in the civil law case teaching,the "Nanjing Pengyu case" is used for teaching,and thecase is introduced and designed.The problem behind the case illustrates the basis for the case selection.After selecting or designing the case,this paper analyzes the application of the legal teaching case of the secondary vocational school,and reflects the “learner-centered” through case introduction,case discussion,case evaluation and other aspects to enhance the students' legal learning effect.At the end of the article,the author analyzes the significance of the case teaching method of law teaching in secondary vocational schools.In the guidance of learners,the application of case teaching method can improve the enthusiasm and learning effect of secondary vocational students,and improve students' comprehensive ability to adapt to society;In terms of guiding the teaching staff,the applicable case teaching method can improve the professional teaching ability of the legal teachers in secondary vocational schools,promote the renewal of the educational concept of teachers and innovate and explore teaching methods.
