Nowadays,with the economic globalization and integration, the development of science and technology has been speeding up day by day,and the people's material life has been improving gradually,but,the needs of energy resources are becoming more and more intense.Many countries have to spend large sums of money to import energy resources to seek for development.In this regard,human beings should take some practical movements to alleviate the energy problem.The energy conservation has become a popular topic,and also will become a permanent topic. After the countless attempts of energy conservation measures and the accumulation of experiences,the Daylight Savings Time comes into being.Its effect of using time to control energy use has been proved in most countries of the world.At present, Our nation is in the period of rapid development of economy,and the comprehensive national power enhances unceasingly,but the following question of energy supplies has been puzzling us for a long time.In addition,our country' s population is great, and the average per person energy consumption is higher than others,so adopting of the daylight savings time in order to save energy is imperative.Meanwhile,we should establish the daylight savings time law,and abide by the law strictly.By doing so,can we fundamentally solve the energy problem and strength environmental law in our country.Today,we have two questions:one is that the necessity of implementation the daylight savings time,the other is that to put the daylight savings time into law framework.Through the analysis of necessity and feasibility of the daylight savings time and through the overall analysis of the law construction of daylight savings time,integrating daylight savings time with energy conservation policy,and to sum up relevant experiences abroad,can we restore the daylight savings time in our country as soon as possible.
