Study On The Policy Thought Of The Communist Party Of China

Mao Zedong said:"The policy and the strategy are Party's lives,all levels of leader must pay attention to them fully and be careless by no means." The policy is the standards of a political party or the country in a certain time to complete the concrete work and historical task.The Communist Party of China,taking the Marxism as the guiding principle and leading the Chinese people with the scientific policy,has gained the victory of revolution and the socialism construction. Summarizing the success and errors of the Communist Party of China in making,assessing and carrying out the policy,it will serve as a reference and sublimation of the community policy for the Communist Party of China in the process of building Chinese characteristic socialism.This article attempts to study the book of "A Review of Certain Major decisions And Events "by taking advantage of the community policy theory,through the major events which occurred in building socialism in new China in the early 20years.By studying the policy formulation,the policy execution,the policy appraisal and the characteristics,it will impel the policy in the scientific style,the democratization,the legalization development.The article is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter:the policy-making thought of the Communist Party of China.The mass line is starting point for the policy formulation.With the utilization democracy centralized method, our party insists doing the investigation and study and seek the truth to make the policy formulation in scientific style and democratization.The second chapter:the policy-carrying out thought of the Communist Party of China.The combination of the principle and flexibility is the standard of the policy-carrying out.Taking the excellent as an example and innovating are the concrete methods.The propaganda mobilization and the unification are the means of execution.
