The Current Faculty Research Of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces Primary Command Colleges

Primary Command Colleges of the Chinese Armed Police Forces are cultivating officers for the Chinese Armed Police Forces. Faculty is very important for the college's development. To some extent, the level of teachers is building the level of institutions. Primary command colleges of the CAPF must have a strong faculty team, which is the key to cultivate the high -quality officers. Like the former Harvard president Connate said: "The University does not lie in honor of its school buildings and the number, but it's the quality of teachers from generation to generation. To stand a school, teachers must be excellent." As the primary command colleges of the CAPF have a short history only for 24 years, after years of development, the current faculty level is not very high, such as improper faculty structure, especially some teachers have never been to the troops. These problems have been the key problems to prevent the troop's development.
