Mr.Mei Yiqi said,"Teachers are the first element of a university.Without first-class teachers,no university building can be a first-class university." At present,the main form of military academy education in our country is four-year consistent and integrated training.The construction of teaching staff is an important part of the management of military academies.How to build a teaching staff with high comprehensive quality,reasonable structure and adaptability to the development of vocational education is an arduous task in the construction of military academies,and it is also related to the quality of students’ training and academies.It is an important task for the transformation of education strategy and the effective generation of combat effectiveness of the army.At present,some military academies graduates’ military ability and quality can not meet the post requirements to some extent,which objectively affects the development of military construction.The key reason for this situation lies in the fact that the effect of Vocational Education in Colleges and universities is not ideal,and the vocational education lags behind the development of the army.This paper focuses on improving the level of teaching staff construction in military academies.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of working education,teaching staff and teaching staff construction,and systematically expounds the theoretical basis of human resources and career development.Secondly,it adopts the method of "dissecting sparrows" and case analysis,taking the situation of teaching staff construction in XX College of PLA as the reality.Examples,a comprehensive comb of the current situation of the construction of teaching staff under the new situation,the existing contradictions and their causes;Finally,on the basis of fully explaining,sorting out and absorbing,drawing lessons from the experience of the construction of teaching staff at home and abroad,extract the role orientation,ability quality,selection and appointment for the source,on-the-job training and management of teaching staff in on-the-job education.Enlightenment;In view of the objective contradictions and problems in reality,finally put forward six dimensions of specific countermeasures to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in Vocational education.
