Study On Faculty Construction Of JingZhong Command College

JingZhong Command College of the Chinese Armed Police Forces is cultivating officers for the JingZhong Armed Police Forces, which plays basal and leading roles during the JingZhong Forces construction. Faculty is vital for a College development. To some extent, the level of teachers is the level of colleges. JingZhong command college must have a strong faculty team, which is the premise to cultivate the high -quality officers. Just like the former QingHua president Yiqi Mei said: "Faculty is the first factor of a university. If a university had not the top-grade faculty, he would not be the top-grade university, even though the high buildings."JingZhong Command College was merged from three junior colleges in 2004. It has a short history in starting undergraduate education. The current faculty quality is not very high, such as occupation ennui, improper faculty structure, shortage of high level educational background, especially some teachers never been to the troops. These problems are the key problems to prevent our college construction and development. Though JingZhong Command College has cooperated with Beijing Forestry University at the beginning, there is still a series problems in cooperating, especially in teachers' management. Therefore, JingZhong Command College must strengthen the faculty construction, put it a prominent position, and start out the system study.This paper based on the current faculty reality, combined with the faculty quality requirements of the JingZhong Command College and analyzed the present achievements, problems and the reasons. Finally put forward measures and strategies to enhance the faculty qualities. Including: build up teacher's morals developing system, perfect scientific training and managing system, set up better cooperation system with excellent university, and promote reform and construction on the policies and systems. These effective measures will enhance the faculty qualities, promote the faculty flow and move, help the faculty structure rationalize.
