| Demolition compensation as an important city-building aspect is closely related to the interests of the citizens. This article pointed out that China's existing house demolition compensation system problems. Then proposed some advices about perfect the compensation system: formulate a unified compensation law of house demolition, standardize use of the concept of taking and demolition; established the principle of fair compensation to prevent the government blind demolition and better respect for and protection of citizen's private property rights; expand the scope of compensation, increase of land use rights, intangible benefits, as well as the expected return of the compensation; constructed a fair assessment system, just choose the assessment agencies, strengthen the responsibility of the evaluators, the two parties jointly commissioned the demolition assessment organization, open and transparent assessment process, the assessment of choice for market comparison approach; added compensation way, established the way of original site to change , different sites to change increase a corresponding compensation, monetary compensation was the demolition of housing to meet the taking regional second-hand housing prices, increase in social security compensation; standardize the procedures of compensation, norms of the pre-compensation process, regulate the payment of compensation, norms of forced evictions; smooth relief means the compensation, cancellation of an administrative ruling establishing the of Judicial relief means.
