Since the end of the Cold War, with the change of international balance of power, China's comprehensive national strength and its international status of international status enhancing, Sino-Japanese relations has been the focus of conflict not only on emotional benefits but also on the reality. The Sino-Japanese relations have entered a period of transition and adjustment. There are some issues between two countries, for example, the Taiwan issue, the Diaoyu Islands issue, the conflict in the East China Sea oil and gas fields. Some writes thinks the relations between two countries had reached the "bottom." The author believes that the complexity and sensitivity of Sino-Japanese relations are deep-seated structural manifestation of the contradictions. This article from the perspective of political realism, using the "structural power" from Susan Strange as analytical tools, with the use of literature, case studies and macro-analysis of research methods, analyze the relationship between Sino-Japanese. Discussing the structural contradictions of the impact of Sino-Japanese relations and constraints, and finally, combined with changes in the development of structural contradictions, the author give some prospects and a few points recommendations and consider for the development of two countries'relation. The United States adjusted the triangular relationship between China and the United States on the backbone of the system of international relations in East Asia. At the conversion of the old pattern in the rise of China broke the existing balance of power so that the big power in East Asia is faced with a complete adjustment. In this situation the process of conversion, the adjustment of Sino-Japanese relations because of the historical issues and problems of immediate interests, so adds difficulty and complexity. Pattern of the Sino-Japanese relations and the deeply relations between the two countries make a structural feature of a series of contradictions, a concrete manifestation of these structural contradictions in the political structure, economic structure, the structure of the three aspects of security. Structural contradiction in the political field is the performance of the strategy for the post-conflict countries and regions competing for dominance, the structural contradictions in the economic field for the economic and trade performance of friction, energy and interests competing for the dispute over the structural contradictions in the field of security for the performance of mutual suspicion and prevention. Of course, the contradictions and conflicts of political, economic and security maybe have overlapping places.Structural contradictions in Sino-Japanese relations are significant obstacles, which cover political, economic, security and other fields in sharp opposition. Structural contradictions are from the East Asian international relations and regional pattern of decisions, the post-Cold War changes in the two countries compared to the power of the two sides intensified the contradictions and conflicts, and the history of rancor between the two countries makes this contradiction has become more sensitive and complicated. Therefore, the solution of structural contradictions cannot be achieved overnight. Finally, the author gives two ways to resolve: The first, the institutionalization of the means, which is to set up mechanisms for cooperation between two countries, for two countries bound by the conflict and competition at an institutionalized framework. The second is to cultivate common interests. We all know, countries no friends, but permanent interests. Only the common interests of the two countries are greater than the differences and conflicts, cooperation between the countries will have a solid foundation.
