| Since the end of the Cold War,with the development of globalization and multi-polarization,the interaction between actors in the international system has been increasingly in-depth.Both China and the United States are major countries in the current international system. The interaction between them is not only deeply influenced by the international pattern, but also profoundly influenced by the Internal contradictions in the international system. On the Korean Peninsula issue, dialogue and cooperation between China and the United States have increased, gradually transcending the long-standing state of confrontation, and achieved initial coordination in nuclear non-proliferation,the security mechanism on the Peninsula and other issues. However, there are still big differences between the two countries.Under this new situation, the change and interaction of the policies of China and the United States on the Korean Peninsula are directly related to the development of the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and even related to the stability of the situation in the whole East Asia.In the process of exploring the peaceful settlement of the Korean Peninsula issue,China and the United States should analyze and handle relevant affairs from various perspectives and strive to coordinate and handle differences in bilateral relations. From the perspective of structural realism, this paper first reviews the concepts of structural contradiction and structural power. This paper systematically analyzes the differences and cooperation between China and the United States on the Korean Peninsula issue after the Cold War,and on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures on how to further narrow the differences and expand the cooperation. |
