It is another regional cooperation of regional cooperation in East Asia which is a second in Europe and North America regional cooperation.With the deepening of economic globalization, more and more regional cooperation in East Asia reflect the regional and strategic significance between the major powers. Since 1990s, the former Soviet union and the poles pattern of the world had been collapsed , under such trend,China and Japan ,as two important ones of the multipole powers of world patterns,played key roles in the regional cooperation of East Aisa . Their relationship rose up to a new development platform, especially with the expansion of east Asia regional cooperation, as a regional powers, whether east Asia regional cooperation can truly progress smoothly, China-Japan relations led a decisive role. Therefore the relationship between China and Japan in the east Asia cooperation is our central and focal point. without mutual trust, economic co-prosperity, cultural sharing , and the active participation of the two countires in East Asia regional cooperation ,it will be impossible to realize smoothly.This thesis, focuses on the research period of the late 20th century, (1991) to the early 21st century (2006), the relationship between China and Japan in the east Asia cooperation summarizes the evolution history process of Sno-Japanese relations at the stage in the east Asia cooperation and objectively analyses the impact of Sino-Japanese relations ,its pros and cons of regional cooperation in East Asia and its interactive influence to the east Asia cooperation as well as the development prospect of sino-japanese relations and regional cooperation of East Asian. in this structureAt the same time, it gives a rational thought to the development of Sino-J apanese relations . The author believes that the cooperation of sino-japanese should stick to strategic and mutually beneficial relations, expandmutual trust, and build a harmonious east Asia; should adhere to seek common ground while reserving differences, deepen Sino-Japanese relations through promoting multilateral cooperation; Meanwhile, draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages, pay attention to the role of other countries of east Asia, especially attach importance to the advantage of Russian and American, actively promote the cooperation of east Asia regional, try to establish the new platform which beyond the Sino-Japanese traditional relations.The regional cooperation of East Asian is beneficial to the development of East Asian countries ,both from a theoretical concept or from the real development situation,and it is also a new historical opportunity for the development of the participating countries,especially in terms of China and Japan.The process is very long for East Asian to have comprehensive regional cooperation in the political, security and other fields.In this process,lack of the Cooperation between China and Japan,there can not be a real regional cooperation in East Asia.The development of Sino-Japanese relations have directly influence on the effectiveness and the development trend of regional cooperation .With the strengthening trend of the regional groups under the globalization,Regional cooperation in East Asia is beneficial for enhancing and strengthenning the regional identity in Asia,which is the same as the EU and North America by formeding the global standards from Asia.It is a trend for East Asian to go toward the integration.
