The Research Of The Basic Experiences Of The Undeveloped Countries' Building Socialism

After the victory of October Revolution,the history of human society entered into a new time from capitalism to socialism.The Soviet Union,as the first socialist country,began to explore the building of socialism in the absence of theoretical guidance and case precedent.Most of the undeveloped economically and culturally countries established the socialist system.The building of socialism in these countries can only refer to the experiences of the Soviet Union.The Soviet Union engaged in decades of socialist construction,which eventually perished the party to perish the country to announce the defeat.Then a large number of socialist countries in abundance switch along with it.The socialist camp is only left over five countries which takes China as the head.The forces of socialism have been seriously weakened. The failure of the Soviet model proved that the Soviet model was not a successful model of socialist development and the development of socialism must not use a single model.The success of what should be a socialist model,the building of socialism in the different countries which should have different characteristics,which are worthy of our detailed study.Socialist construction is a complex systems engineering.The economically and culturally backward countries of socialist construction are more difficult system engineering.Therefore,the research of the practice of socialism building is a extremely complex theoretical issues.So we need research the past experience.We have to sum up the historical experience of socialist construction to promote the development of socialism.Lessons-learned process is a process of the past and a new one.In this process,we can affirm our achievement,identify our shortcomings and find our problems.A sum-up is a test of the socialist construction,and also a promotion of the socialist cause.To sum up constantly is conducive to guiding and promoting the deepening of socialist construction.This article through conducting the study of the Soviet and China's socialist construction history,summarized the Soviet model defeat's reasons and the Chinese characteristics socialism's successful experience,and promoted these to the socialist construction of the similarly undeveloped countries.This paper summarized some basic experiences which were adapted to the undeveloped countries of the socialist construction.These experiences provided some theoretical according for other undeveloped countries building their own characteristics better.These experiences included to connect the universal truth of Marxism with the practice of their own,to formulate the development of the right line and principles,to persist in taking economic construction an the center,to implement Opening-up policy and to adhere to the Communist Party leadership as the core of the socialist cause.
