Research On The Primary Stage Of Socialism And The Basic Construction Strategy Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

China is in the primary stage of socialism, which is an important conclusion proposed by Communist Party of China based on.the experience from the last30years. Such a conclusion determines the history of China’s socialist society orientation, and grasps the basic national conditions of China’s socialist construction correctly; such a conclusion not only points out the theory of ’the primary stage of socialism’, but also laids the premise that how to understand the issue ’what is socialism and how to build socialism’. For the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has an extremely important historical and practical significance. As early as1987, our party has pointed out that understand the historical stage of our current society is the primary issue of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, also it is the fundamental basis of our current policy. The theory of primary stage of socialism is the starting point for the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This thesis argues that the strategy of building socialism with Chinese characteristics reflects the basic line of the party as’one center and two basic points’and the total layout of building socialism with Chinese characteristics as’five-in-one general layout’. In other words, such a basic line and the general layout consists the fundamental strategy of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The construction of basic strategy, defines the correct direction of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, outlines a grand blue print for building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and plans the deployment of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is the strategy which reflects the issue that "what is socialism and how to build socialism’.This thesis is based on the basic principles of Marxism and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics system, and also on the fact that our country is in the primary stage of socialism as well as the basic strategy of primary stage of socialism, and try to clarify the relationship between the primary stage of socialism and the basic strategy of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Also argue the reason that we stick to the basis line of our party.Except for introduction and conclusions, the main body of this article contains four chapters.In the first chapter, elaborate the background and reasons of the primary stage of socialism theory have been discussed. Such a point is mainly base on the history lesson of Soviet model of socialist construction, the first30years of socialist exploration as well as the guiding ideology of socialist construction in order out of chaos of our party.In the second chapter is the basic content of the theory of the primary stage of socialism, which is discussed from the perspectives of basic connotation, basic characteristics and significant meaning. To be more specific, they are the basic content, characteristics and historical and practical meaning.The third chapter is about the relationship between the primary stage of socialism and the basic line of our country. From the view of the basic line of our party, the reason that we stick to ’one central task, two basic points’ has been discussed, that our basic national condition is we are in the primary stage of socialism. The basic line of our party meets the primary stage of socialism, is the action guide to building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Unswervingly adhere to the party’s basic line is an important guarantee for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the right direction.The fourth chapter is the relationship between the primary stage of socialism and ’five-in-one general layout’. In other words, five-in-one general layout, which are socialist economic, political, culture, community and ecological civilization comply with the primary stage of socialism. The full implementation of five-in-one general layout is an important guarantee to succeed the constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
