Research On The Right And Power Of Netizens' Expression

The right is the origin of the power, power is the protection of the right's realization, which is the dialectical relationship between the rights and powers in the area of political science. With the popularity of network applications, community entered the Internet Age. Network's openness and interaction is different from the characteristics of traditional media, which makes the public become the information producers and disseminators from passive recipients of information. Netizens started to participate in social events through the network to express their opinions. As the netizens, public's rights and powers both presented some new characteristics.In recent years, with the occurrence of a series of major events, the power of netizens are increasing from the opinions'expression of the netizens. Netizens'power of groups can not be underestimated. But at the same time some actions of abusing power have appeared. In this paper, the relationship of rights and powers in the netizen's expression has been analyzed and researched.The scope of this paper is from the relationship between the right and the power the in the political science. The new performances of rights and powers in the the Internet Age are analyzed firstly. The uniqueness of the network to make the realization of the netizens's rights easier to achieved. At the same time, the network gives the netizens more power. The second part of this paper analyzes the behavioral characteristics in the netizens'expressions, which reflect the netizens'demands of power. The third part analyzes the usage of the rights and powers when the netizens expressing their opinions by using the specific cases. The realization of the netizens'right produces the power and forms the huge strength of the public opinion in the network, which not noly protects the netizens'fundamental rights but also aggrieves the basic rights of the netizens at the same time.This paper uses the method of studing the cases, comparative analysis and so on ,to analyze and compare the object of study. Through analyzing the main body of netizens and the usage of the rights and powers in the netizens'expression of opinions,"the rights of netizens is primary"is summed up. When the power and right presents conflictions, the power should give place to the right, and the centerlization of the right should be advocated.
